The population density was 1,275.1 people per square mile. There were 1,396 housing units at an average density of 541.0/sq mi. The racial makeup of the CDP was 93.50% White, 2.28% African American, 3.59% Asian, 0.03% Pacific Islander, 0.15% from other races, and 0.46% from two or more races.
